Last Minute Halloween Costume Ideas for 2016
Halloween is just one week away, so if you haven’t secured your costume yet, it’s time to do so! If you’re all out of ideas, below we’ve put together a list of some of our favorite costumes for 2016 – perhaps one will catch your eye!
- Athlete: This past summer was all about sporting events, and all of the U.S. athletes certainly did our country proud! If there’s one athlete in particular that stood out to you, honor their success by dressing up as them for Halloween!
- TV Character: Did you recently start watching a new TV show? If so, who is your favorite character? If you want to see what it feels like to be your favorite TV icon for a day, Halloween is the perfect opportunity to do so! (The same goes for movie characters, too!)
- Pokémon: 2016 was all about Pokémon Go, so if you have a group of friends that are looking to dress up together, you can each pick a character and represent one of the most popular games!
- Snapchat filters: Last year many people disguised themselves as emojis, but with Snapchat filters being all the rage, how about taking this route instead? This should be super simple, since all you’ll need is a few props.
- Plumber: You probably saw this one coming! Why not step into the shoes of your plumber for the day this Halloween? Also super easy to do, you’ll just need some work clothes and perhaps a tool belt to complete the look.
