On a day I needed a plumber, I saw Barker and Sons truck across the street… good timing. My shower was back up when the toilet was flushed. Since the team (Benito and Ricky) were busy with the neighbors. I called the office and got on the schedule. Within an hour they sent out another team (Albert and Peter). This team cleared the lines, found roots (See photo) And since Benito and Ricky were almost done across the street, they then came over to check the line with the camera to see the condition of the pipes… not great, but the house is 60 years old. Having worked in Facilities, I knew what I was seeing on the camera feed. And both teams were very personable, friendly, and professional. Benito worked up four different options to deal with the problems. Wednesdays visit was five stars. They took the time to explain everything and even explained it to my family member over the phone.
Then today, my other shower was dripping (I think this shower was feeling neglected haha), so I called again. Since we haven't made a decision, Eddie was able to do a temp fix and cap the spouts. He was friendly, personable and professional. Another 5 star day.

Had the valve on one of my showers break. Orlando did a wonderful job assessing the situation and suggesting fixes for the issue at hand as well as maintenance issues that needed to be addressed in a home I've been living in for 25 years (and haven't done any plumbing work on).
All of the work I agreed to was done in a timely manner and I greatly appreciated the extra care & effort. Orlando and his apprentice with wonderfully nice and were great with my dogs & cats. Very respectful of the home and its tenants (2 and 4 legged). Great service. Highly recommend!

Our service was handled by Orlando who has worked on our plumbing before. He installed a water softener, new pipes, and new toilets for us. He provided excellent service and completed the job within the day. We highly recommend asking for Orlando if you need plumbing work done.

I am so incredibly glad I called Barker and Sons. Not only did they follow up by phone prior to the appointment to confirm the best time for me, but they also came out within just a few hours of my initial contact. They also sent out their very best, Bo P. and he came in and completely saved the day. He is hands-down the most hardworking, honest, and professional plumber I have ever met. I am so grateful they sent out their top notch plumber to handle this for me. I will absolutely only use this company in the future. Thank you for taking a massive weight off my shoulders, it's rare to find a reliable company like this one.

Mike S, did a great job. He showed up on time. Explained what was wrong with my water heater, what are all the options I have to get it fixed. He also recommended things that I need to be aware of so that these kinds of issues do not occur in future. He left the work place very clean after the job is done. Thanks Mike for the great job.
