What a wonderful experience Tom and I had with Barker and Sons! Great customer service and great communication. It's refreshing to find good service these days. We had a 71 year old sewer line repaired with lining and everything works great now. Thanks to everyone on the team. Zac,Ricardo,Corey, Josh,Carlos, Bo, Benito ,Linda and last but not least Peter with that smile and always willing to answer our questions. I hope I mentioned everyone who helped us. We can't say enough about the crew that came out to resolve our leaky old sink issue.
Zachary, Carlos and Oscar are the epitome of professionalism. We presented them with a challenging situation (or so we thought), but they confidently handled it. They thoroughly explained every step in the repairs and provided us with options to upgrade plumbing in other parts of the house.
The easy review would be to say that I saved a lot of money by going with Barker and Sons (which I did) but the truly amazing experience was seeing these three young men conducting their business with complete professionalism and integrity. This is a no pressure for the sales environment.
We will be scheduling our next project in a few weeks. My search for an honest plumbing company is over.
To the hiring staff at Barker and Sons, you should be the business model for all others. Take pride in your team of plumbers. These young men are truly inspiring and representing your company well.

Orlando was great at explaining why certain services were worth doing and which ones were most critical. We had a hot water leak and he was able to find and repair the leak quickly. He recommended that we replace out valves throughout the house and our water heater which were all in pretty bad shape. He was thorough and efficient, once they had all the parts Orlando and his partner finished all the work replacing the valves and water heater in just under 2 hours. Afterward he took the time to show us the work and give tips on keeping good maintenance not only for the water heater but for the new valves as well.
Highly recommended, will likely be making a call to work with Orlando again for an even larger job.

A big thank you to Barker & Sons Plumbing for helping me out with a slab leak, they’ve been professional and helpful through a rather difficult experience. They explain each step, work with my schedule and they’ve been upfront about costs. I’d be happy to use their services again; And if I do need their services again, I will absolutely ask for the same plumber - James Kelly. He thoroughly explains issues and options. He’s friendly with no condescension. Most importantly, he’s done outstanding work so far, and I can’t wait for the finished product!
